Total Resolution Service

We carry the dispute resolution process to the end. For parties who have monetary disputes and want their disputes totally resolved without the need to seek a court judgment after the arbitration award is issued, we offer a service we call "Total Resolution Service" (TRS). This method also helps non prevailing parties by providing the completion of the process in a private forum. No embarrassing public records, no disruptive court enforcement proceedings.

If the parties agree, we will hold any disputed amounts in an escrow account and the funds are dispersed to the victorious party at the time the award is finalized and the dispute is thus, totally resolved.
